Managing Performance and Sickness Absence

One day workshop tailored for organisation.  Alternatively, separate half day workshops on each topic can be delivered.

Workshop aim

To help managers: (a) understand how most occurrences of poor performance & problem sickness absence can be prevented; and (b) develop the knowledge and skills base to effectively deal with such problems when they do occur.

Participants will learn:
