Undertaking disciplinary or grievance investigations and the production of a resulting investigation report for the business. Followed, if and as required, by presentation at any subsequent Hearing or Appeal.
On average Richard undertakes two significant investigations each year, generally related to allegations made against senior staff where it is not possible or ideal to be investigated in-house and/or where there is not the in-house capacity or capability within the business.
